I've heard a few different podcast imply that JT has a wrist injury that he's playing through.

Those odds had to have been genetic or something. JT is at +3400 on mine.

I hope you're right. I love it when the winning score is around E.
I only like it if it's because bad shots are penalized and bad decisions are REALLY penalized.

Too many times at the US Open, good shots are penalized because they're so focused on Par as a final value.

I am. Email is in my profile. Send me a message and I'll send you the details. $20. We had ~60 people for the Masters and 35 for the PGA. I'd say we'll probably get around 50 this weeks the way sign ups are going so far.

Anybody interested feel free to email me.

I love it when they focus on Par as a final value. These guys are the best in the world. They love it too.

Not really. I remember the greens and pin placements at Shinnecock in 2018. I'm sure Phil does too. They made a mockery of the event.

I love it too and I really don't get why so many fans complain about it. It's just 1 weekend a year and it's fun to watch those guys grind it out. Fred Couples once said he didn't understand why so many people complain about 1 tournament a year where the winning score is around par. I doubt there is a tournament that tests the players mental toughness more than the US Open. It's more interesting to me than the pitch and putt competitions most of the other tournaments have turned into.

Heck yeah!

Guesses on the winning score?

I'll go with -7.

-2. It's been 3 straight years of -6 winning it. I bet the USGA wants to get it back closer to par and has worked to make that happen.
the rough around the greens is pretty deep/thick but they had trouble growing it off the fairways, so it will be shorter than almost any other US Open. IMO, if they try to keep it closer to even, they will have to do it with the greens and they run the risk of creating playability issues like in the past.

I'm guessing the winning school will be -5 or better.

Par is a meaningless number though. If they want they can just relabel 2 of the par 5s as par 4s and bam the field just got 8 strokes worse. Which is what they did

I have no opinion on LIV/PGA as a whole, except the fact it's absolutely brutal to listen to the debate. The biggest "who cares" moment ever.

As the reigning US Amateur champ, Bennett will be paired with Cam Smith (reigning British Open champ) and Matt Fitzpatrick (reigning US Open champ).

Honestly a good group with softer personalities could be beneficial.

Wow, I bet a long tedious debate on semantics with you would be really fruitful!

Those are some tucked pins. To a man, everyone seems to be raving about this course. So much so, I'm not sure how it hasn't hosted before. Anyway, should be an awesome day of golf. Let's do this.
