The comments above concern me that they are cracking down on this to the point that I may end up on the naughty list. It was always a concern but increased enforcement seems to have made it more difficult.
How would you handle this if you were in my shoes?
This is purely a guess on my part but there's no prohibition on using someone else's ticket/badge. I'm guessing they're asking people whose tickets they're using. If you can't tell them, you clearly bought them on stubhub, etc. if you can sell them to someone you know or at least are willing to share your name with, I would think that would probably work.
