Sorry for being late to the party. I was at the University of Georgia back in the late '70s/early '80s and was fortunate to go to several Masters Wednesday practice rounds and to the final round in 1979. The one in which Ed Sneed blew a 5-stoke lead and then lost to Fuzzy Zoeller in a playoff. As with the rest of you engaging on this thread, the Masters is a special time of year for me!

Apologies if this post is redundant but I didn't see anyone mention the Masters.com app and the opportunuty to create your own team/group. Maybe, with the honorary tee shots having already been made, it's to late to participate?

In any case, a few minutes ago, I downloaded the Masters.com app on my iPhone and created a team of five players (former champion, US, International, first timer, random). My team is Jordan Spieth, Cameron Young, Ludvig Aberg, Ben Griffin, and Xander Schauffele. They then ask if you want to create a group. This reminded me of the group Taylorswift13 put together for the NCAA basketball tournament. I created a team called Bucky'sBunch.

To be honest, the details of adding members to the group was a bit murky. Seems like you might have to "invite" people, which could be more trouble than it's worth.

Regardless of the group option, even just having my own team will make the tournament a bit more interesting, as with the basketball tournament. It was pretty straightforward to set up. Anyone else already signed up and/or with greater insight on setting up a group?
