Elite, as in I had confidence virtually all in-game decisions, and they turned out incredibly well. Elite, as in our program has one win in Omaha without him. One win in the entire history of our program. I'd continue, but I've made myself ill.

EDIT - And to my credit, I was one of the only people on this board who was willing to criticize him for anything when he was here. He was a complete jackass off of the field, but almost no one was willing to call him on it.

I think you guys give him way too much credit. He's never won a national championship. He's gotten to the World Series several times but that doesn't get you a national championship if that's what's so important to so many of y'all.

hell he was beaten out by UTSA last year. Y'all need to quit praising this guy and acting like he's some big ass deal because he's not as good as you guys think or at least on par with many other coaches in baseball. There are seven other teams that made it into the World Series. There are 16 other teams that made it into the super regionals which he didn't even make last year.

It's funny how some of y'all and I'm not necessarily saying you but you change your rules. It's not good enough for early to get us to the regionals, but it's good enough for slash to give them to the World Series but not win it. So which is it? Getting to the super regionals getting to the World Series or winning at all because it seems to change depending on who you guys are talking about.

I mean some of y'all said early sucks because we didn't get out of the regional this year yet Schloss didn't get them out of the regional last year but hes an 'elite' coach. At least be consistent.

Just quit thinking about this selfish piece of ****, narcissistic, *******, and let it play out. This is a guy who couldn't keep it in his pants, long enough to get us through the biggest game in our baseball program's history. I don't call that elite.

I was surprised dip**** pitched mustache after being up 9-2. Could have saved him to pitch another game. He has likely pitched out Vilontos and Riojas until the finals....
