Can someone explain to me how this tournament works? Is the matchplay rounds the actual "Championship" or did Okie St when the national title today and the match play rounds are a different "title"? Please explain b/c I thought it was over today.

Match play will decide the "Team" title. Stroke play decides the "Individual" title and seeding for match play!
I believe stroke play determines the individual champion and the seeding for the team championship which is determined by match play. I am not entirely sure though.
The first three rounds determine the top 8 teams that go on to the match play championship. After today, nothing matters from the prior three rounds. All it does is set seeding for the 8 teams.

Interesting. So does each team match up their 4 best golfers? If standings stay as they are, looks like ASU is the matchup.
The Individual Title is awarded today though. The Team Title is determined by match play.
That's my fear as well. How with they report the scores?

Yes! ALL 5 players count in match play. They will be paired against some opponent. The first team to win 3 out of 5, wins.
ASU would be the match up and the coaches will match the players up.
So how do they seed the TIED teams... is it a flip of the coin to decide if we match up with OSU or ASU... assuming things stay the same (knock on wood)?

Coaches are not allowed to place players in each group. Your #1 thru #5 will be based upon your 54 hole stroke total.
Ties within teams who make the playoff will be decided by the lower round 3 score. So we have the seed tiebreaker over Georgia.

If Florida were to pass us, how would they decide the tie between UGA and us?
Florida needs to jump us by 3 or 4 strokes in the next 5 holes if they have a shot. They started on 10, so they have the whole front nine left to play.

If pairings were based on total scores, this would be it, but I think that BB and CS would switch.

I think it was a couple years ago when it happened to A&M and they played one hole at a time of sudden death. After hole 1, they compare the best team score (top 4), whoever is lower wins. If tied, they go to the next hole.
because I believe coaches are allowed to set the matches. I do not think it is based on scores. The two coaches agree to the matches.
The commentators were saying they wish the coaches were allowed to coach and set teams, rather than NCAA determining team order by their prior stroke play.
That led me to believe that coaches couldn't move players up or down.
Also, you may be right about 1 hole at a time sudden death.
