Thanks for the clarification...I was assuming there would be some sort of team playoff if it ended 2 1/2-2 1/2.

About to get an update on Kim match...
I can tell you that Michigan is no pushover. They are playing very well and talent wise have a solid group. Lion Kim was a heavily recruited player out of high school. Our 5 guys are stronger as a whole but that's the beauty of match play. It can be a great equalizer. Should be a good match if Michigan can hold on. However, USC is VERY strong and we would be considered an underdog in this match. We do have a history of success as the underdog in Match Play as we have twice defeated Georgia when they were ranked number one in past match play tournaments.
Alexander for Michigan is dormie - on 15.

Kim is up 3 holes but Giles is close on 14 for birdie.
This is awesome. BB is my favorite Aggie golfer in a long time. I talked to Coach Higgins last year at the Big 12, and he is a great guy. I also talked to a couple of players, including Martin Pillar, and I got the sense that Higgins is a great leader and person.
I kind of like this format for our team, because most of the guys can rack up the birdies. Most notably, BB makes a lot of birdies but the occasional bad hole has been his setback the last couple years.

Alexander wins 5 and 3. Michigan moves a step closer.
Kim is now 2 up thru 14 as he missed the par chip.
I think that MVZ would have won hole 18. He's another guy that is better in Match play than stroke. He gets alot of birdies, but alot of doubles as wel.
It was great for him to end on a birdie - that's for sure.
