When i tried to buy tickets for Paris in 2024, the main sports like track and gymnastics where 200-300 dollars for the cheap seats in morning and afternoon sessions.
Based on the insane markup that we've witnessed for the World Cup where prices jumped over 100% from 2022 to 2026, I'd predict the same extortion
I did tickets for Pyeongchang and Paris Olympics and you can definitely find a variety of pricepoints, mostly reasonable. For the popular ones like ice skating and gymnastics, they were only letting you purchase if you did a hospitality package so I skipped those. For Paris, I was able to get great seats for track and tennis in the lower levels for around 150-200 a ticket. The equivalent seats at Roland Garros for the French Open would've been over $1000 apiece.
For the US women's soccer quarterfinals, we were maybe 7 rows from the field and they were about 80 bucks each.
One thing I appreciated for Paris was for the official resale marketplace, they didn't let you list for over face value. I don't think that was the case when I was looking during Pyeongchang, but I could be remembering wrong.
I went ahead and entered the draw so I could get some of the OKC events, but not trying to do any LA ones.
