Started listening to Goose about a year or two ago, seems like they are really coming into their own in the jam band scene, and this is the first time they'll come through Tx so i definitely jumped at the tickets in Dallas, sold out pretty quick
Seen some videos and listened to some of their live stuff and they sound and look great, i'm very excited.

They're playing at a new venue in Dallas, The HiFi so excited to check it out.

I'm sorry they're playing at house of blues houston, one of the top 3 worst venues i've had to endure (lived in houston for 5 years)

just snagged $20/tickets to Modest Mouse w/Future Islands in Dallas.

As always, whenever live nation does this, there is nothing in it for me since there are no LN venues in denver.

Oh, I see there is one now, Levitt pavillion.

I can choose from melissa etheridge, coheed and cambria, or sumerland tour.

Oh man. Jason Isbell at The Woodlands is on the list. And not even lawn seats but under the cover. Might have to do that. One of my top artist. I was just avoiding since it was middle of the week and I live an hour south, but $20 is thought to resist.

Snagged tickets to Coheed and Cambria / The Used, Pitbull, Slipknot, and the Doobie Bros. I was hoping to get tickets for the Rise Against show but they didn't wind up being a part of it.

For the Coheed and Pitbull concert I got actual seats as part of the deal not just lawn which was a pleasant surprise. Doobies and Slipknot was just lawn. Some of the shows were listed but look like they never actually got any of the discounted tickets. I assume that if the show was anywhere close to selling out they didn't wind up getting any. I was shocked at the regular ticket price for the Alanis and Maroon 5 lawn though, like 60-75 dollars and it looked like Maroon 5 had actually sold out of lawn for a minute.

I've never even heard of this venue but it says it holds 1,000 people. Goose sold out that size already? That surprises me and is pretty impressive. I've never seen them but all my jamband loving friends have been raving about them lately.

It's a new venue owned by Mark Cuban. Pretty sure it was supposed to open last year before, well, you know.

I haven't been to any live shows since pre-covid, but I have two bucket list shows coming up:

GnR at Wrigley
Stones at the Cotton Bowl

Also going to see Nathaniel Rateliff in Franklin, TN in early October.

It looks sweet on the website. Hate to see more venues popping up and snatching more bands away from the Granada though. Goose is one they definitely would have gotten in previous years.

So far I've got Dallas and Woodlands Dead & Co., Rolling Stones at Cotton Bowl, Billy Strings Dallas and Houston, Primus in Houston, and Black Crowes in Dallas.

Been trying to get any or all three nights of Panic in Austin but that's been practically impossible up to this point.

Now just waiting on Pearl Jam to finally reschedule everything...

Btw I just went to the Live Nation site and you can still purchase GA tix for the Dallas show even though Goose website says sold out. But good lord $84 after fees is steep for a Tier 2 jamband.

Those tickets on livenation are somthing called "Official Platinum". Not exactly sure about that but when i bought mine the day they went on sale they were $25 baseline plus fees came out to $36/ticket.

Official Platinum is essentially TM/artist scalping their own tickets.

Anyone seen the current incarnation of King Crimson? They are playing out here in AZ next weekend.

I have not seen them but Gavin Harrison is one of the drummers on the tour and I would go just to see him. Phenomenal player, and I couldn't imagine a scenario where that show would suck.

Just got back from Gruene on Sunday to see Charley Crockett coming off shows at Red Rocks and Big Sky. He crushed it the man can definitely entertain and fill a room.

Widespread Panic has the same policy for the 3 night Austin run this coming weekend PLUS a mask to enter. I'll be taking that **** off so fast once I get on the floor.

Phish just made the announcement as well. It's soon going to happen to most major tours. Festival wise, Louder than Life, Life is Beautiful, Bonnaroo, Aftershock, Music Midtown, and Shaky Knees announced this as well..

The thing is, artists and crews don't want to cancel. They already went through 15 months of no income. All they ask if for fans to show up vaccinated or with a negative test, and maybe wearing face mask, because if one person gets it then the show can't go on.

My favorite band of all time. Have seen them 15 times. Flying out to Charlotte in two weeks for the first show of the tour.

If you have the opportunity to see them, they're a must.

Sweet. Got tickets for it. It's only 2.5 hrs away for me and bend is always a fun little weekend trip.

Plus the Les Schwab Amphitheater in Bend is an awesome venue.

2- what was the schedule like? Trying to figure out logistics for the woodlands... did the opener start at 730 or was that the headliner?
