Talk about an insurrection, this is what one actually looks like far more than J6 ever did.

Of course, nothing will happen to them and they know it. If Trump actually had them arrested for sedition, it would be exactly what they want, and give them the talking point that Trump is a dictator, arresting his opponents, and plotting to take over the country.

If Trump actually issued an illegal order, the UCMJ requires it to be ignored, but that is not what the idiot Democrats are talking about. Democrats believe every order Trump issues is illegal because he is a "threat to democracy."

The ones that will be prosecuted are the idiots in uniform and the intelligence community that listen to them.

Why not? Judges in Tennessee are telling both the governor and POTUS they have no right to determine when to deploy forces under their control.

I checked the 1776 org chart and the revised one from 1786 and did not see judges at the top, particularly regarding troops. Didn't see Congress listed above POTUS either. But maybe I missed something.

Not so much now. But while working in THE DoW, as an employee I was caught saying stuff like this, I would eventually be fired. I might survive with receiving a counseling session, but the next time I would be fired.

If there is standing that would support any censoring, punishment, or prosecution. Hell Jan 6th was exactly about the same thing. What is the unlawful order that is to be ignored? Remembering the refusal to get the JAB ruined military careers.
