It's clear the only remedies the left would find acceptable would not be sufficient to clean up the mess in a timely manner, by design of course.

I recently attended a Fentanyl overdose funeral and the look in the parents eyes definitely bothered me. BTW - If local law enforcement is not adequately able to do its job, POTUS can use troops to supplement. But he doesn't need to go that far. They are there to protect federal property and assist in federal law enforcement enforcing federal laws.
