No, and I'd bet you can't point out what was done right. For me, that fact that what was applied to the pond is now floating in chunks and no longer adhered to where it was applied is enough.
100% proved my point you don't know why it failed. You can't even give one example of why it failed. Yet we had a subject matter expert come onto this thread and explain why a specific section might have failed.
And what that specific section amounts to as a percentage of the entire job which was minuscule.
Let's not forget that the reflecting pool is now retaining water. If the problems are algae and patchy repairs needed (beyond vandalism) then it sounds like a massive success. It wasn't perfect but nothing rarely is that way either.
