question, my form 4 according to silencershop has been submitted, but when I log in to the atf site it is not found under "Submitted / In Process" is this normal?
You should have gotten an email from atf.gov saying your application has been submitted

Both resubmitted November 7 2024, approved November 20, 2024.

I did a BOGO with silencershop years ago and did a Willi trust. Looking at another can for a 22. Is the $200 tax stamp a flat fee that ALWAYS goes to the gubmint which is what allows the NFA item to be added to the trust, or is there flexibility on that?

I submitted my trust using silencer shop single shot on 12/19/24 and it was approved 1/3/25. Pretty quick for being over the holidays.

At the peak of quick turnaround last spring, it took about 3 months for me as an individual… I think my FBI agent has good notes on me

I think mine was the 13th too but it's regular trust. Correction, it was the 12th
Yup, received this from the place I purchased the can this morning, after inquiring if anything else needed to be taken care of on my end. I looked at the silencer shop app last night and it said my fingerprints weren't submitted so I reached out this morning and that's when they said everything was good on my end and sent me the pic.

It makes no sense. I bought mine on Dec 23rd. The biggest hold up was getting primary arms to put someone on the phone to certify me. The govt is ******ed.
A friend was on like month 10, emailed Ted Cruz's office and was approved later that day.

Hopefully all this nonsense will end at some point soon. There has been another house bill introduced that would eliminate suppressors from the NFA requirements. Surely with the Republicans in charge now, they can get this passed?
