Is there an EPL players association? Wanna bet $$$ the top 5 clubs really ***** loud that they don't want to play at Luton Town? You want to risk EPL level talent and $$$ to play at a stadium is equal at best to most college stadiums if not worse? I'm thinking the EPL will deal with stadium issue somehow.

They get no say in the matter whatsoever. As long as Luton comply with the league regulations and updates, they'll be there.

It's no different than when a non-league team advances in the FA Cup or in the Euro competitions when they plays away at some random place in Eastern Europe

Today's League One Final was between Barnsley and Sheffield Wednesday for promotion to Championship. Barnsley played a man down from the 49th minute on, and got the match into extra time, where they conceded a goal in the 120th minute, to lose 1-0. Brutal.

Congratulations Wednesday on your return to Championship football.

I feel like the Frank de Boer length of tenure does a disservice to how crap he actually was. He only lasted that long because he was given a full pre-season. He lasted exactly 4 league games and didn't even manage to score a single, solitary goal. Do you know how bad you have to be at managing for a team to hire you at the start of the season and give up on you after 4 games?

I'm actually amazed that he continues to get jobs and somehow has landed the Dutch national team job. He's been an absolute trainwreck since leaving Ajax.
