Raya: 7. A bit shaky at times and a heavy touch nearly allowed Cunha to rob him inside the box. But a brilliant save to deny Cunha from close range.
White: 7. Some excellent driving runs down the right in support of Bukayo Saka, with whom he has a productive partnership.
Saliba: 6. Several slightly uncertain moments but broadly did enough to repel United's attacks.
Gabriel: 6. Perhaps not quite up to full fitness but was solid enough.
Calafiori: 7. Nodded in on the line to give his side the lead but was occasionally caught too far up the pitch and was booked after yanking Mbeumo's shirt.
Odegaard: 8. Some silky touches and knitted things together smoothly.
Zubimendi: 6. A tough introduction to the physical rigours of the Premier League. Looked after the ball carefully.
Rice: 7. What an inswinging corner delivery to help set up the opening goal. All-action across the pitch.
Saka: 7. You can see his quality despite limited time on the ball. Linked up well with captain Odegaard and right-back White.
Gyokeres: 6. Aside from one pinpoint cross, has not done enough on the ball despite charging around with alacrity.
Martinelli: 6. Not really given enough service. Quiet and subdued.

Has United been better so far? I'm not saying we've looked particularly good but all they've been able to do is create weak chances.

They put one off the post and one tipped by Raya. Our backline is our strength but it's been nervy.

Dorgu hit the post from 3 yards outside the box on a move we otherwise had covered. We'd be frustrated if that's what we were pointing at if things were switched. That's what I'm saying, but anyways, lots of time left here.
