After coming up for air and calming down, I agree. I think after our football team laying an egg to a rival and seeing Caicedo go out so early, I was fanboying out a bit and wanted blood. A point is still a good result for playing a team away that has been in great form. Especially considered our back line was a total experiment today.

Regroup, refocus, heal up, get after it.

I have little doubt that if we played a few more minutes, at least one of our players would get injured.

It was just an ugly ass affair and I think I am glad we're past it.

The injuries still seem to be a massive problem. We thought we were getting players back in November and instead we simply rotated them out. Odegaard, Gyokeres, Martinelli and Noni came back and we lost Trossard, Saliba and Gabriel.

He did say that Saliba and Trossard are a matter of days and could possibly be available tomorrow, but Gabriel and Havertz are still weeks out.

Thankfully they did bring in so much depth over the window, but it still feels like with all the injuries we've been completely stretched out again.

I'd like to see a little rotation tomorrow, but if Saliba and Gabriel are still both out we probably won't. I'd put at least Timber and Rice on the bench and start White at RB. Give Eze and Odegaard another goal as a pair of 8s like we did against West Ham.

Rice really needs a break but if we go Hincapie and Mosquera at CB again, no way he gets a chance to sit. You have to have his box to box presence

Really glad to see Ben White involved and nice to see the guys go celebrate with him after the assist.

If White couldn't get into a match like this, I think that'd mean game over for him at Arsenal. Hope he continues to get some midweek games.

(I guess he'll have to play a lot if Mosquera misses time)

Thanks for sending. Hope it's nothing serious. Can't afford another big hit back there right now.

The quad has done well navigating these and still earning the crucial points we need. Not gonna lie, there have been times where I wondered if we really needed another body signed on the back line instead of MF/W/S.

That's why I sell roofing materials instead of managing an EPL team!

We've still got White, and Calafiori who can play CB is needed. It's not what we want to happen but Ben White was a pretty good CB his first year with us.

Don't mind White at CB, or Timber for that matter. Just a little nervy about how deep into the reserves we've gone at this point. Lol.

I actually want White to have some minutes. He's been a solid player for us, barring injuries I think it would have been tough to unseat him in the starting 11. Timber definitely capitalized on the opportunity, just how it goes.

Hoping we can mix him in the rotation a bit more before he starts getting wandering eyes in the transfer window over the summer.

More worried about losing Declan Rice than Mosquera. I hope that wasn't anything, either.

Arteta suggested Saliba was almost able to come back, so maybe he'll be able to play against Villa.

The schedule is just insane. There are too many matches.

Teams with European competition needs to stay out of the League's Cup and maybe the FA Cup. The FA will be harder for fans to buy into but there are too many matches.

League cup 100% at this point. Its simply too much. FA Cup starts so much later that I still want that. Didn't help the UEFA stupidly increased the amount of games in their competitions.

The FA Cup is a reach but something has to be done. This is just dumb.

I believe the WSL will keep their teams in European competitions from playing in their league cup.

Just because I was curious, I don't think that's correct. Conceded 3 to Luton on 12/5/ 23. Won the game 3-4 still and still an impressive streak of 70+ games.

Yeah I just checked and we are at 75 matches for 3+ and 108 for 4+

04/26/23 @ Man City 1 4 L

And Man City just gave up 4 goals to Fulham on Monday so I think they're talking about 4+, not 3+

The number is correct, but its all competitions instead of just the league. That Luton on 12/5/23 match was the last time we gave up 3 goals in any match. Only 2 or less since then
