Spurs can't play consistently to save their asses. So annoyed with them. Tired of watching altogether. Finals are rigged to get Heat/Thunder together anyway. Why bother?

Without Manu the spurs would have lost to an 8th seed. Pop knows if he needs rest or if he needs to shoot his way out of a slump. Spurs won't win it all without him. Plus the spurs shot 33% so it wasn't just him. We'll be OK.

Offense hasn't been great so far but the defense is very active and causing Portland a lot of problems.
Finally some Spurs' basketball.
Manu already taken out. Unless he makes some shots it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't play much this game. He needs the rest.
Gator you do realize Manu has accounted for a good portion of the terrible fg percentage as well. Forgot what the commentators said he's shooting this series but it was not just bad but awful. If he gets credit for beating the Mavs then he needs to be credit for all his misses and turnovers.
Pop kept playing him in the finals last year so he could play his way out of it and he had 8 turnovers in game 6.
I would try to make a more cogent case around that anecdote but hurts too much to think about or research.

Mills looking really good. It's tough for him to guard Lillard, but he's hounding him and running him off the 3 point line.

Manu likely has one of the best plus/minus these playoffs. His bad turnovers and step back threes are infuriating but besides Parker he is our only consistent slasher. Plus he really is our backup point guard. We can agree to disagree but you have to dance with who brought you.
