The Academy sale only has Correa, Verlander and Keuchel. I'd grab a Springer jersey at that $70 price point no problem.
I have to keep the price low because I've already gotten so much WS stuff. My wife already has freaked out about the three t-shirts, lanyard, pint glass, koozie, fitted hat with the WS patch and bottle opener.

I bought a China one from ally express a handful of years back. Pretty solid quality (obviously it isn't the same material as the expensive ones, but you wouldn't be able to tell it's a knock off by looking at it). I think I ordered a size up based on a recommendation, but it seems pretty true to size. I think you get what you pay for. Maybe a little small, maybe not

Why is there so little news on Wade Davis?
Finally caved and bought the collectors edition blu-ray set. Anyone watched this yet? Looks like it gives you an option to watch the games with local radio broadcast instead of FOX/MLB. If so, hell yes!

It has the TV and both teams' radio broadcasts as audio options. I've been playing them with Ford and Sparks in the background whenever I have things to do at home.

In 2019 Tucker is the replacement for Marwin after next year. Maybe if we trade for Yelich (5 years left) then Tucker becomes available to land Archer (4 years left). Do those deals and you have a great shot to make a run in 2018 (Marwin, Yelich, Reddick, Springer in the OF and Archer, Verlander, Keuchel, McCullers, Morton as your rotation). Then moving forward you can afford to lose Marwin & Keuchel since you have long-term guys in. Not saying I would do it, but its hard to see adding Yelich unless you want to DH Marwin (2018) or Reddick (2019+ once Tucker is up)
That's also ignoring the possibility of Marisnick and/or Fisher progressing to a level comparable to what Yelich is. Granted, Marisnick is the same age as Yelich. I dunno, I just don't see Yelich as a major upgrade that would be worth trading prospects for. I think an OF of Springer and Reddick plus Marwin/Jake/Fisher is fine enough.

Got it just after 7pm last night so yes I believe it came after the Academy tweet. PR for Academy said their sale was not in response to the Dicks's Sporting Goods goof, they had it planned before all that went down.
Anybody by chance have the above orange and white Quest polo in an XL and would rather it be L?
The place my parents bought it from does not accept returns when the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
I also tried to exchange at Dick's since they still have the shirt available online. They offered me their in-store price of $9.98 (even though they had none in stock) store credit and said I could buy it online at their $69.99 price. Due to the price differential, they could not do a straight up exchange.
How f***ing hard is it to exchange a shirt for a different size.

It really is baffling. He has had better days and those better days seemed like they were short lived.

Not me. Arrieta has been trending the wrong way, and his only hope of landing a deal even remotely close to what he's looking for is for a team like the Rangers to get desperate as Spring Training nears. I think what we're seeing with Arrieta and Darvish are two pitchers seeking ace-type contracts that aren't actually aces. Arrieta is trying to live off 2015. Darvish possesses ace stuff, but isn't a very efficient pitcher and doesn't pitch past the sixth inning enough. Teams just aren't willing to shell out that kind of cash for a number two or three starter.
If the price is right, I'd sign Darvish in a heartbeat and see what Strom and our video analysis could do with him. I think he has the most potential to pitch like an ace out of he and Arrieta.

Exactly. Tell him he can join a contender with this stud rotation backed by this offense but he won't be a #1 or even #2.
I still think Arrieta is a middle of the road mediocre pitcher who caught lightening in a bottle for 2-3 years later in his career and is trying to cash in while he can.
