One is an unpredictable game during the same weekend a fan favorite is inducted to the HOF in the middle of the summer. The other is preplanned for months at the beginning of the season.

That explains the non sellout how?

Beltre 3K: 32,437
Asstrolls rings: 37,106

One is a Sunday day game in the summer heat and the other is in a controlled environment of the opening home series coming off a championship, yet there is less than 5k difference in attendance.

I agree. Rangers involvement aside, it was epic. Couple that with the tension between the teams and it made it better.
