I got in at $14.14 months ago and still holding. Got it at the same time as NAKD.
Glad I got out of NAKD and stayed in on this one.

Regarding some of these price targets posted in this thread, why didn't GME reach those numbers?

It's absolutely new news. An S-3 is a shelf registration that allows a company the ability to issue new shares but does not constitute an obligation to do so. Today's announcement was in relation to a new issue under the previously filed shelf registration.

So when will AMC issue the remaining 445MM shares that are authorized under that S-3?
Not bad for a day's work.

I'm going to do your diligence for you on this one.
On April 27, 2021, AMC filed an S-3 disclosing that the board of directors has given the company the authority to issue up to 500,000,000 additional shares on top of the approximately 524,000,000 that were outstanding as of that date.

Concurrent to this filing the company filed a notice of its intent to issue up on 43,000,000 shares in an at-the-market offering led by Goldman Sachs, Citi, and B Riley. On May 13, 2021 the company issued a press release announcing completion of that offering.

On June 3, 2021, the company filed a notice of its intent to issue 11,550,000 shares in an at-the-market offering led by B Riley and Citi.

Upon completion of today's announced ATM the company will still have the ability to issue an additional 445,000,000 shares under the shelf registration filed in April. Since this offering was obvious to you, when will the next one be initiated since the company has a tremendous amount of shares authorized but unissued at the moment?
ETA:
And today's offering is complete. Not bad for a day's work.
