Trying to spread FUD with articles that twist the truth and they shorted over a million shares to drop the price this morning. Hopefully people see through it!

It's absolutely new news. An S-3 is a shelf registration that allows a company the ability to issue new shares but does not constitute an obligation to do so. Today's announcement was in relation to a new issue under the previously filed shelf registration.

Red is close to maroon in color so I guess this is fine.

Are you referencing the '500M share dilution' that was being voted upon and never happened because it was removed from the agenda? I am only aware of the 43M shares that were sold remaining from a previous share authorization which this 11.5M came from?

Adjusting my estimate to $150-200 - didn't realize it's already recovered to almost $70
