$60 is the ceiling but ATH is in the $70s which Hedgefund do you work for?

25m share offering is scrapped which is gonna give a big boost to the price. It's not Germany

Bc Germany doesn't have a large overall impact - but it does give price movement on closed trading days in the US which gives an idea of where we will start pre-market the next day in US

Well they borrowed another 5.9 million and only returned 1.88 million so another net borrow of 4 million shares today. If it's not a big volume day then shirting 4 million shares will have a big impact on the stock and then you get people being nervous and selling so there are more sellers then buyers.
