Proxy response rates rarely get close to 100%, and AMC has two share classes with class A shares having one vote to class B's three. The total vote count won't mean anything.

I wish I would have known that. I put in a limit order to sell almost all of my shares at 67 and change because I thought it might get that high and then get knocked down so I could buy back in and pocket the difference.

If I would have set it for $63 I would have the same number of shares plus $6000 in cash right now.
