Getting into F1 this year, and the Sundays I can wake up early and watch the pre-race show and go into the race live with my coffee is really enjoyable... but some mornings I sleep in and just start watching the recording whenever I get up... so hopefully that's still doable.

How does watching stuff like the Saturday qualifying work currently? You have to watch online or some kind of subscription? I'd be interested in watching that stuff if its on Apple, which I'd assume is the case.

Good race. GA is cool and I like seeing all of the track but it's a physical beating plus dealing with he crowd.

That's pretty much it, like a concert, if you do GA but get there early you get rewarded with a view, but if not you're watching from afar.

But the heat is no joke. I haven't done Singapore or Jeddah yet (the ones they say are horrible too) but the Austin heat is something else lmao. The overseas fans don't understand how bad it gets here compared to what they consider hot in Spain in June or Monza in September.

We did GA the first 3 years then moved to T1 seats the next 5. Haven't been in 2 or 3 years now as it got crazy expensive.

I want either Turn 1 or Turn 15 next year. I did T15 and T12 before and you get a ton of great action there, but never done T1. The F1 Academy cars should be close enough to give some good action in those sections like in 2023

We did Club SI last year for the sprint/quali day. Not cheap, but great views of Turn 12 and nice to have shade/AC/food/drinks.

My son (12) and I did Friday with GA and had a great time. We walked around during F1 practice and went into the prep area as the Porches got ready. We watched the Porsche race from turn 18 GA. We walked around again leading up to sprint qualifying. The GA views are great from lots of locations. It was easy to get food and drink. Toilets weren't too hard to find. We watched qualifying from Turn 11 as it was close to where we parked. Easy to get out from that area.

Gripes.
- The pedestrian bridges aren't big enough to handle the crowd. Going from central stage/grand plaza over to Lonestar land then the bridge at turn 3 to outside of track took about an hour to navigate. That was around 4pm. There is just not enough pedestrian bridge space to handle that big of a crowd and then having to wait for the inner road vehicle traffic.
- You can't walk from turn 11 down the straight towards turn 12 and get to the grand plaza / events area. lady at info desk said that you used to be able to at one time.
- It would be nice to have some GA access on that back straight and in the nook around turns 12 through 16.

Herta is coming into with a good team but it won't be easy, he is going to need to learn the tires and the circuits. Miyata came from Super Formula and had some struggles in his first year.

Add in that there's going to be some good rookies next year, Invicta (currently the top team) is going to have Rafa Camara (incoming F3 champion), Campos will have Nikola Tsolov, MP should bring in Tim Tramntiz, now add returning drivers like Alex Dunne who could end in the second Hitech with Herta and Dino Beganovic who could move to DAMS where the setup fit him more in those 2 rounds he did with them last year.

With the new regs next year for F1, how does that impact F2 and below?
