Democrats will lose redistricting. Just too many ways republicans can pick up seats.

I pray the SC rules in enough time to eliminate race based districts before midterms. We would gain so many seats

WOW! Major new poll finds Republicans are *TIED* with Democrats to win the House this November 50% to 50% on the generic ballot, per HarrisX

This is the first tie in nearly 2 months. FLORIDA redrawing the map can help with this

Republicans CAN KEEP the trifecta if we utilize the fact Americans hate Democrats so much by passing the SAVE AMERICA ACT

If the GOP truly listens to Trump and goes for broke through the summer, maintaining the trifecta and saving 47's term becomes MUCH more likely

LET'S FIGHT AND WIN

This gets into state law/constitutional weeds I am not familiar with but it is incredible.

Virginia appears to me to have very good structural/legal limits on constitutional amendments, the only real question is if these can now be utterly tossed aside for Democrat needs/wants.

If they block the redraw in Virginia, Florida redraws and Louisiana, Miss., Bama redraw after SC decision. I WOULD LMAO

That would be 215R vs 203D with 17 toss ups haha

Don't sleep on Alabama, as well. VRA decision can't be blocked forever.

I again don't think they are really mad about Texas' redistricting, but rather their pending loss of power to force red states to over-allocate seats to the race communist team. Word must have leaked out from the vitriolic 3 SCOTUS fraudsters around a year ago how that was likely to go.

NC is also trending red in registration, but I don't know a timeline there.

So Virginia SC might shoot down the redraw and are leaning that way, is that what I am reading?

Will be epic

For some reason NC feels to be trending Dem. They elected another Dem Governor and are about to elect a Dem senator.

Also there are quite a few more Dems registered in the state than Rs. Very weird deal in that state

Georgia seems to be trending blue as well, God I hope they do not elect a DEM governor, their candidate is beating the R in polls

The process that was used ignored the commonwealth's constitution and statutes. The process will be struck down. For that reason, the vote results cannot stand.

That is not say the Dems cannot try it again, they just have to follow the proper procedure.

I'm not sure what you are reading from to reach that conclusion. NC has been steadily trending R in registration and though Roy Cooper is a good politician/candidate I think the UNC Fauci flu and violent crime will catch up with the dems this cycle. Several NC Dems at the state level have even flipped parties out of disgust.

NC is there for the taking, to convert from a rino seat (and Burr before was as well) to a real Republican in the Senate.

Eleven minute stream about April 21st election on redistricting. Thirty-five thousand late ballots in Fairfax County. All of them were in favor. Fairfax County has a habit of being very late in reporting their vote totals.

And the RNC saw it coming and was already in court awaiting the results of the election so the court could immediately rule. That would not have happened in 2020. The courts would not be patient enough to wait for the election to happen and would just dismiss it. Then filing after the election, the court would say they waited too long.

How are you enjoying your FAFO moment so far?

Someone got caught playing stupid games in Richmond. Now they are left hoping some liberal judges bail them out.

Meanwhile, SCOTUS just buried your racialist House backstop deep in the cold, cold ground.

How do you exist? Lol. Dems put it up to a vote in their response to Trump rigging Texas… And none of the republican states put it to a vote. Straight dictator-like gerrymandered further and further as Dems have to chase you tit-for-tat like you'd do too if Dems mid-decade gerrymandered like Trump started in order to win the midterms as he openly said. Talk about cheating. Good God.

I'd wager Trump's mid-decade cheating is something he learned from Viktor Orban who Trump & JD campaigned for. Orban is who we found out was funding the major Republican pro-Trump group TPUSA…so being funded from Hungary by Putin's puppet Orban. Lol still wild.

And you guys talking begging for democrats to be constrained by their own laws passed to prevent gerrymandering. As you gerrymander every state by mandate by governor like mini-dictators of the far-right.

Illinois. Nearly 44% of the popular vote went to Trump. Republicans represent 17% of the state.

Spare us the garbage line that Trump started this. It is as diseased a talking point as the veracity of the Steele Dossier.

Yeah. I know you still believe it all as truth from God himself.

It does not make it so.

Texas leadership has been active on redistricting going back 30 years or so.

The Texas GOP was the first to touch the third rail of mid-decade redistricting back in 2003. It faced criticism for its 2011 and 2021 map redraws. Trump had nothing to do with it.

Texas leaders openly admit that they rejigger districts to maintain GOP control because they can and it is not against the law, which is very true.

Democrats need to find a platform that turns these districts, and they will eventually even if it is 20+ years from now. Until then, don' t hate the playa hate the game.

We don't care. The Democrats started all of this and we've repeatedly shown this and proven this multiple times across multiple threads. Get up to speed on the facts and come back to the board when you are educated.

California
- Harris - 58% of the votes
- Dems hold 83% of the congressional seats (43 of 52)

New York
- Harris - 56% of the vote
- Dems hold 73% of the congressional seats (19 of 26)

Illinois
- Harris - 55% of the vote
- Dems hold of the 82% of the congressional seats (14 of 17)

Now consider

Texas
- Trump - 56% of the vote
- Republicans hold 68% of the congressional seats (25 of 37)

Florida
- Trump - 56% of the vote
- Republicans hold 69% of the congressional seats (18 of 26)

Dems are pissed. They've already maxed out their gerrymandering and can't counter unless they do something stupid like Virginia.

Well violating every state constitutional and statutory requirement to put a measure on the ballot for a change to the state's constitution, tends to have that effect.
