Well he's kind of correct. If there is no water then true, there is no algae.
The problem is that the "reflection" in reflecting pool is created by water. Also probably has something to do with calling it a pool.
Maybe I'm way off here.

Wait for it to play out. If true then he needs punishment. Maybe not 10 years. We will eventually hear from witnesses and not what was written in grand jury charge.

The interesting part is that there were several park employees that backed up the claims...

And I'm going to guess that most DC employees are not pro-Trump...

But, we ARE waiting for it to play out.
