Yes, just as Uber today has a 'professional' (medical care) service and various trim/luxury/size levels available, I expect more derivatives down the line but I think that will take years as pioneering the service at the base-level with a very high volume production model will make those later premium options more appealing once the plebian masses have proven it works, safely/consistently.

Cybercabs that they sell to private operators, if/how they limit the warranty/support to a period of time/miles. It could be a niche business opportunity but I'd expect at some point they cut it off. I'd also anticipate a required insurance policy purchase from TSLA, giving them some power there as well (not sure how a third party insurer could really come up with a policy very quickly without a repair/safety history etc).
