playing absolutely dog awful.

meanwhile westbrook is torching him for 10 and 7, and is a +8.

Only 8th seed in the NBA to make it to the Finals is the 99 Knicks without Ewing.

Only 5 8-seeds have won the first series.

Kinda what I figured, couldn't remember off the top of my head any 8 seed that made it that far.

Seems like 8 seeds in hockey win a lot more (I think anaheims cup winning swaud was also the 8 seed)

And the spurs aren't? Thunder aren't playing that bad. Durant is really the only guy who's having an off game. Meanwhile, Parker, Duncan, and all the role players for the spurs sans maybe Stephen Jackson are. Ginobili and Jackson is about all that's shown up.
