Refs don't call that very often. Usually only when one team makes a big deal about it. Like when the Mavs-Rockets were playin in that 7 game series and Cuban sent a tape of Yao moving screens to the league and got the league to brief the refs on it. Then they called it really tight and yao had to ride the pine in foul trouble.

if you're keeping score... ginobili played through it earlier and didn't get an obvious foul call. if you fall over like you're shot, you get the call. if the officials didn't suck, flopping wouldn't be necessary.
