Raining 3's in the 4th!
I think the jazz were up 15 at one point.
Spurs outscored Utah 31-15 in the 4th quarter. WOW!
Tony had 14 of his 22 in the 4th.
People thinking that was supposed to be an easy game don't know the NBA. Great win by the Spurs. Took them awhile to get going but they got a game they needed to get in a tough situation.

Agree with that, Sher. Spurs had a great 4th quarter (both offensively and defensively) to pull it out. Great win. Go Spurs Go!
Lot of basketball to be played, but the Spurs are showing early that they still have an extra gear that only one other team has. When the fourth quarter rolls around, they can turn it on at both ends of the court.

Not that it matters in the least bit but Spurs are #1 in the power rankings of SI, ESPN and NBA.com.
Also, Tim and Manu are shooting career low percentages.....and we are 9-1.
Some quick and dirty math tells me that with a 55+ win season (shouldn't be a problem the way things are looking), Spurs will overtake Celtics as second place in all-time winning percentage.

Sloppy most of the game and Boston hit a lot of tough shots, but 10-1 anyway.
Really was kind of disappointed with our D. But a win's a win I guess. Didn't realize that this is the best start in team history.

Even Ayres has started to look ok. The first string lineup will strangle you on defense, the second string moves the ball far too well for a second string defense (or most first string defenses) to keep them from getting open 3s and layups. If Duncan can get his offensive game back, I'm calling Spurs back to the finals.
