Don't worry DKM, there are plenty of 32 year olds with multiple personalities.

My 8 year old daughter used to have a couple of imaginary friends too. But she was 3 at the time and had pretend tea parties with them.

And yes, the pitch to Bradley was high. Should it have been called a ball? Maybe. But, with 2 outs and 2 runners in scoring position, you don't get called on a 3rd strike. Anything across the plate (that isn't over your head or in the dirt) needs to be protected.

man I hated gomes and Napoli when they played for the rays and rangers respectively. Might be homerism to say that I like them now they're with the good guys. Or maybe I was wrong all together and they were good guys on their old squads too

For the Rays, Gomes made a great 10th man. Always ready to come in at RF/LF, and 100% effort on the field. And, perhaps most important, if some **** starts to go down, he's the first to get a teammate's back.

But since he's playing for Boston, he's a worthless excuse for a ballplayer.

I too hated Gomes. But, like kid alludes, he is a helluva teammate. That makes him hated by his rival team's fans.

Nap I was indifferent to.

But I'm glad they both stayed in Boston this year. They work well together.

Really nice all around game for the Sox tonight. Lackey looked just as good as he did last year. Pedroia has a 4 hit game in Game 2, when he didn't have one all of last year! I'm curious how much to expect from him with him finally 100%! And what else can be said about Mike Napoli!
