After tonight, I hope the Sox hold off on the urge to move Bradley to the top of the order. It WILL be his obvious lineup location, eventually.
He was just sent back to Pawtucket because he wasn't ready yet. He is playing VERY well since the start of the season. But the 9 slot keeps the pressure off of him for a while.
I'd hold him down there until the first 30 games are done and reevaluate it then.
Ellsbury came into the league as a leadoff. He tried to do too much at first and he suffered. When Victorino is back, have him assume the leadoff position until Bradley is comfortable.
