Figured now was the time to start this thread.

Looks like AJ Reed is picking it up in the fall league going 2-5 with a pair of game-tying doubles and two RBIs.

Looks like Correa is making headlines already. Today he was named Sporting News AL ROY.

It was also looks like he will be making his media debut in KC covering the WS.

I know you guys hate the guy with a passion but I thought this was a pretty good interview with Hinch. It's mostly his take on the WS matchup but he talks about the game 4 implosion a bit. Good listen

Well, this season we actually get to look forward to the awards in November, so at least there's that. Winter meetings in December usually create some storylines, too. It'll be interesting to see what personnel changes we make this offseason.

I think the Dodgers are going to throw a stupid number at him....

With him and Price being free Agents, it would be nice to think that we at least have a shot.

He's out of our range, I would think. Plus I would rather bring in a semi decent starter and a fire-throwing backend reliever plus a decent 3rd baseman for the salary he would be looking for.

And I stand corrected. It was 3 pitchers that the Padres were looking for in return for Kimbrel.

If he signs great. I think it's a bit over priced for Colby but at the same time that kinda money isn't hindering us or putting a major dent into our payroll.

I'm alright with it.
