1993 the game was pushed back, but only delayed till late. Allowed us to clinch conference at Olsen.


I don't think the 1993 Friday game vs Texas was delayed. That was the Granger vs Kieschnick game . Game started it was still daylight so couldn't have been much of a delay if any.

I do remember 1993 we played our opening game in the Regional at Olsen vs Yale at 11pm due to rain. Ended after 2am
Olsen was packed.


Moose would probably know. Considering he was on the team and all.


Doesn't mean memory won't let you down sometimes.
1993 Friday Texas game at Olsen started under sunshine and clear skies. Wasn't a late delayed start.

Hurried to Get back from the girls camp, unpacked, took 4 advil and a nap, woke up and thought I overslept and missed game… whew… hope POS doesn't try to canoe out of the game, but happy either way, as I'll get to see a game and: or we swept them.

That 1993 game was probably the best time I've ever had at a sporting event. The dollar bills waving for Brooks and his butt shaking, Gardere's AB, and winning the SWC title. Perfection.
