I am six miles from Blue Bell and it's not even raining and I haven't seen a single lightning strike today and plan on going out fishing as soon as the Masters is over.

How has this game not been played and should I plan ahead on dying?

My daughter took about 30 s of videos, here is one shot. Hopefully you can see some of the bubbles released. 80 mph, windows down make for interesting images. (Don't worry, not driving.)

Current radar looks like there may be a "slot" in a couple of hours, but another wave will push in around 9:00/9:30.

Should be able to get a few innings in (maybe enough for to complete a "game").

Found an extra 20 in my console and put it in for gas… didn't even cover 1/4 of a tank


77 bucks bought 14 gallons of diesel. Are you running an old school F-150 with duel tanks or is gasoline 10 bucks a gallon where you are?

How much does the Equestrian team bring in and they get a new facility? We may be fine but it isn't right to use rivals facilities.

Just because you can't see it didn't mean it wasn't there. We have had lightning pretty much all day and plenty more cling in from the west.

This is the typical, cheap, short-sighted view that had us playing life games in Austin and Baton Rouge than College Station.

When was Mitchell completed, btw? And why is there no meaningful capital plan in 40 years that makes progress on facilities we are capable of winning championships in?

Your math isn't matching. How much is gas where you are. Mid Grade in Abilene is 3.83, 29 gallons at that price would be about $112.00. Are you sure you didn't just pump it on the ground?

What is this the IRS? I gave a rough guesstimation based oh my last fill up

The lack of communication from A&M is absolutely atrocious. This is 9u travel ball bad

They knew well before 1pm the game would be delayed - no communication.
They knew it would be a lengthy delay - no communication
They currently know what some kind of game plan is and yet no communication.

Why I am at all suprised I have no idea. Texas A&M continues on all levels to show how little they actually care about their fans

But it's not just exclusively for the equestrian team. But I guess they could do the same type of things with attendance complex, renting it out for other things.

In hindsight, a double header yesterday would've been a better plan even though that first game in the seven hours we were there was long. Would've been better than this.

We couldn't make it today so I gave my tickets to some friends, but what a nightmare.

Part of me wonders with this odd level of miscommunication, how much did we want to play today. Because the window was there and the radar showed it. Could be a situation where both sides are playing games with it. We should have started and we'd already be past the point of a complete game by now.
