So the AD doesn't use an app to solely make this call. The campus has a system called Thor Guard. Some of the stations look like a giant mixing bowl on top of a pole.
They are networked and detect strike potential and when networked determine strike locations. Same as they use at tournament golf courses like Augusta and others.

And can be annoying as sips when their sirens go off constantly depending on how close you live/work to a station on campus. Use them not only for sporting events but for outside KINE and RecSports.



Believe it or not on Friday there was a multiple hour delay for ring delivery inside Reed because they didn't want the volunteers in danger because of the passing weather.

I don't pay that much attention but changing the
pitcher rotation going into this weekend was interesting
and it worked. Bull pen was excellent as well.

It's not, but if you know the poster, let him have his moment. And, disclaimer, with the instability of the atmosphere, it doesn't mean more might form and threaten, and the storm passing south of town might get close enough to produce a strike that would fall within the range. But, there's nothing "west" that is producing lightning that would effect the game at this moment.
