It's not, but if you know the poster, let him have his moment. And, disclaimer, with the instability of the atmosphere, it doesn't mean more might form and threaten, and the storm passing south of town might get close enough to produce a strike that would fall within the range. But, there's nothing "west" that is producing lightning that would effect the game at this moment.
