Better Call Saul Insider podcast.
They had Vince Gilligan (he's on most of them) and Jonathan Banks on this one.

Mike was a dirty cop, and dirty cops killed his son, and Mike killed those dirty cops. He got upset being asked about how good and smart his son was. And of course, what Mike is now is much worse. He just had to whack a guy he liked (even though it seems like a long long time ago) and he's in deep.Quote:
and what do you make of his outburst with his granddaughter? Frustration about how his choices brought his son down and how he's in too deep now with Gus?

Speaking of Banks:
-he's not getting any younger, is he?
-and what do you make of his outburst with his granddaughter? Frustration about how his choices brought his son down and how he's in too deep now with Gus?
Yep, they made it a point to show a massive amount of beer bottles. With a hangover like that, he could have torched the whole jungle jim.PatAg said:
He also had no sleep, essentially
Nacho was there when Saul talked Tuco out of killing him and the skateboard scam artists who tried to shake down Tuco's grandmother.RC_57 said:
Considering it's been ages since the previous season, someone please remind me of Nacho and Saul's earlier interaction(s).
I kind of recall it also involved Mike, but I can't remember the specifics.
Thanks

That was one of the main plot lines of season 1
Nacho had no prior connection to Saul Goodman. But he did have one to Jimmy McGill.wbt5845 said:
It is prudent to go back on Wikipedia and read through the episode synopsis for the previous seasons. I too had forgotten the connection between SG and Nacho.
Oh, and this place has rules...
So it let me watch the first episode, then says my free pass is up. Anybody have any other options?boy09 said:You can watch last night's ep on AMC for free without a login right now.gomerschlep said:
So I had PSVue, and when they went away we switched over to Hulu. I tried to go on the AMC app last night to watch and I can't, only YouTube TV. Any suggestions? I really don't want to wait for Netflix

Mike losing it on his granddaughter was rough. Never seen him do that and felt out of nowhere.

What happened to his son that was so bad that when his granddaughter Kept asking him about him it set him off like that? I'm assuming he was killed in the line of duty as a cop. Maybe that's why Mike left the Philadelphia PD in a bad way (if I recall DEA Hank ribbing him about it in the last season).
Mike was so cool and composed in all ways. His so was the weak spot?
