I'm pretty sure he was wearing some kind of armor underneath his suit.

Maybe he's a PCP addict and feels no pain.

Wasn't his suit armor a pretty important plot point in the DD Netflix show?

According to daredevil series he did have a guy for that.

That would be Melvin Potter (Gladiator in the comics).

I kinda think of him as a berzerker. He goes into a rage and just gets super strength and pain immunity. It goes back to his origin story with his abusive father.

i saw this one on Twitter...it's a 56 second scene of Maya meeting Kazi and i cannot imagine how they couldn't find room for this in one of the episodes.

Man, so glad they wrapped this up well. I've loved the series and was hoping they'd bring it home. Loved how they handled all the confrontations in the finale.

Just finished this. It was really good. I would have loved to see them go with the final scene being Yelena showing up for Christmas.

I'm really late to this and just finished the series last night. A bit awkward since the background of Christmas doesn't really jive in July but whatever.

My wife and I are big Yelena fans and love how much more human she is than Natasha. There's a vulnerability there that we haven't really seen in many of the MCU characters and she has great chemistry with Kate.

It was just a fun show overall and liked how they didn't try to overcomplicate the storyline. If this is Hawkeye's swan song, this was a great way to handoff the baton to his protege.

Edited to add that the last episode was atypically emotional when Yelena realized that Hawkeye was telling the truth about Natasha all along. He showed his vulnerability physically by not really fighting back, and she showed her emotional vulnerability by breaking down when he whistled that secret tune between both sisters. It was a great scene.

Yeah I hope we see more Yelena-Kate in the future. I like how she's always calling her 'Kate Bishop'. I would watch a "Hobbs & Shaw" or "Sam & Bucky" type of Marvel movie or series that focused on the two of them trying to work together. I could see them developing a dynamic like we saw from Clint and Natasha in the first Avengers. Solid casting.

While there were things about each of the Marvel shows last year that I enjoyed, I feel like 'Hawkeye' had the most heart. It was great seeing Clint again. And I really like the way they introduced Kate...I think she's going to be a strong addition to the new MCU. There was just enough clever humor, and it didn't get preachy or take itself too seriously. I liked the Christmas backdrop, and might even rewatch it again this December. It was fun.

I thought Yelena was good as well. I still smile hearing her say, "Kate Bishop" in my mind.

Great point. I hadn't considered old Hawkeye and BW had good buddy buddy charisma.

Now we have next generation Hawkeye and Widow building that same relationship.

Happening more than once makes it a tradition and as Aggies, we love tradition.
