If Paxton beats Cornyn, how will you vote in November? That's the differentiator here. Paxton and his supporters, like me, have said we'll hold our noses and vote for Cornyn in November. We're not hearing the same from Cornyn and his.

Paxton supporter here, not because he is a great candidate but because he's more conservative than Cornyn which is very low bar to beat AND Paxton has high likelihood of winning the general. I will not be voting for Cornyn in the general if the squishy RINO's vote for him in the runoff.

Those voters clearly have not learned their lesson that their vote is advocating for zero or one step right at best when in power and two steps left when out. And the pendulum is undefeated at a national scale, therefore we need to stop playing to not lose and start playing to win when there's a chance.

Paxton is a way better choice than the squish Cornyn, and light years better selection than Talarico. If Cornyn somehow manages to sleaze his way to a win in the runoff, I'll have to vote for his sorry *** in the general election since Talarico is just not right in the head. As a matter of fact, Talarico is one severely, sick puppy.

Yeah. The Republican nominee isn't going to lose to this sick freak. Not in Texas. He couldn't be more wrong, and the way he makes light of sovereign God is disgusting.

Let's have a look at the money spent so far as well.

Cornyn and friends are believed to have spent close to $100MM so far in primary and runoff. Paxton is less than $10MM. If Paxton wins, Thune HAS to contribute to Paxton's campaign. Thune is already staring a primary challenge in the face in 2028. If he abandons Texas, he'll lose the Senate majority and be tarred and feathered. Even the RINOs have to get on board because they know that if they lose this Texas seat, the propaganda will be so overwhelming that it will carry into the 2028 POTUS election.

That alone should essentially disqualify Cornyn from any sane conservatives vote in the primary. Cornyn clearly is in it for himself and not the conservative ideology nor his constituents.

I can't wait for him to lose and his RINO voters to come to the realization that they were the problem hindering the conservative ideology.

I love Cornyn's campaign ad.
At the close, it has the close up of Paxton, and the voice over says, "look into these eyes," and the lazy eye is just going full iguana. I laugh every time.

Cornyn propaganda arm go BRRRRRRRRRRRRR...

Pretty telling when his own PAC can't pay for a larger slant in the polls.

Today, polymarket has the odds for primary winner 62% Paxton 39% Cornyn. Kalshi has odds as 61% Paxton 39% Cornyn

This is how a PAC poll is supposed to look!

Cornyn has aged a lot in the last few years. He is 74 years old, and the last couple of times I heard him speak, he didn't sound nearly as articulate or in command of the facts as he was earlier in his political career.

If he did win the runoff, by the end of this next term he would be 81 years old. He's had his chances. It's time for someone new who is actually a conservative.

I hope amuse has some inside information because all Trump said was he'd make a decision but like them both

If he's teasing the announcement then he thinks he has enough information that one candidate is a slight favorite and that his endorsement could likely be decisive

Talarico is not a "generic democrat." He's a radical pro-trans, anti-God leftist.

I would have thought you would classify that as a generic democrat.

Maybe. But all his fake Christianity is extreme. And somehow it's celebrated as if it's genuine and we should fall for it.

Serious Christians see right through it.

Backstory:
Every time Cornyn or one of his campaign pages/surrogates posts on X, Pressler chimes in within minutes and his posts just ratio the absolute hell out of Cornyn's.
