I hope we get some meaningful information from the kid other than "he's just crazy". If he didn't act alone, we desperately need to follow that up the chain. This crap needs to stop and people need to be held accountable.

how many couples with the common last name of Robinson...on the way to the maternity ward...just made a name change. Or quickly amended a birth certificate. Switched the first name and middle name, etc..,

I don't think so. I imagine his wife Erika will speak to the judge and jury after he is convicted and ask for him to not be given the death penalty. Charlie and Erika are Christians, and I believe that she will forgive him and ask for him to get life in prison instead. I may be wrong about this, but I don't think I will be.

He's going to struggle in prison. The death penalty would be the most humane thing you could do for a guy like that.

Personally I was hoping that as well. It just would make the most sense. But clearly someone looking to blame the parents first without knowing anything clearly doesn't have kids.
