Im not sure that he is innocent like portrayed.

Everybody knows that texts dont just disappear because you delete them.

He knew of carved bullet casings.

The text message discussion, which hopefully we will have word for word, seems a bit off and staged IMO

If he didn't instantly rat him out when he knew then he at least has to receive some charges

I hear you…my guess is that he will granted a great deal of grace for cooperating so quickly…unless they can find things related to him specifically that proves he knew what his boyfriend was going to do before he did it…

Question here. If the Feds decide to pursue charges, do those charges supersede the state charges? How would this effect the death penalty? My understanding is that Trump reinstated the death penalty(?), but my concern is they do away with it later and he doesn't get executed at all. I know that is a lot of rambling, but hopefully you guys understand what I am getting at.
