A bunch of HR lawyers who advise large companies in this area got rich on Thursday and Friday as companies had to take action.

But the termed employees have nothing to stand on. Most all companies have a social media policy that covers this area.

Hell, my small businesses have a social media policy. And it's for exactly this sort of reason. Run your mouth, get associate back to my company, embarrass my company, and losing your job is the best thing that will happen.

Hmm. This criticism of him is so misinformed. First he was a great father and role model. Second his stance on women is that the pendulum has swung too far away from their roles as mothers in their quest to have careers and have it all. I crossed paths with this dip**** early on in my career, he was a recently graduated consultant on a project for my company at the time. Dude was clearly born with silver spoon and raised by wealthy liberals. Total small man energy who was always overcompensating with vocabulary. Could never take his analysis seriously, total ****ing joke.

In the event of a difference of opinion, half of this country will wish you well but choose to not associate with you. The other half believes you have no right to a job, family or life if you disagree with them. One half believes words are violence and murder is justified.
