I don't think that this one is a fileable offense. It's close, but not there. It's a judgement of Kirk's values much more than a celebration that he is dead, in my opinion.

I hate Olbermann with a passion, and this tweet tells us who Olbermann really is, but it doesn't celebrate political violence, in my opinion.

But, reasonable intelligent people can disagree.

There is a lot of poison being taught in "Christian" universities and seminaries. I know of at least a couple of Marxists who went to small Baptist colleges in Texas. Their "gospel" is social, not spiritual. Poison.
