I still stand by my concern. I think these people celebrating this assassination are despicable, I make no excuse for them, I wish they suffer the consequences to the highest degree possible. I just reluctant to continue empowering the government to do it.

If the owner of the company does that you can sue him for monetary damages for the sexual harassment but he should absolutely be able to fire her and not force them to continue to work together. Obviously the owner is not going anywhere.
