He's going to try and say that Kirk wanted someone to bail out the attacker. What he won't do is provide the context of that quote i.e. why should he be held without bail when the criminals in other Dem areas can commit murder and be released on bail.

Absolutely!

Agree. Lacks the immediacy element to disqualify the speech from Brandenburg protection.

However, there are some ways around that, given circumstances. And that is conspiracy. And a reminder: those in the discord communication with him before and after the assassination raise it to a federal level. (Again I do not fully agree that using the internet enhances state offenses to federal ones. But that is the law at the moment.)

Thank you sir. We have have one vote for consistency from those (I think, sorry if I have mischaracterized your position) that favor doxing and firing.

I took a glance at an old thread, and I do believe some of those statements, should one have expressed that sentiment about Mr. Kirk, would lead many here to be very upset. I don't need to link to anything. You guys already know what's been said. How vicious and awful some of it was. Just like some people said some vicious and awful things about Mr, Kirk's assassination. Mr. Kirk's assassination has zero justification and was a horrible, terribly, utterly immoral act.

Come on, obviously what he meant by that clip was "bail him out, buy him another hammer, and pay for an uber to take him back to the house." good lord.

I admit, I didn't follow Charlie that much, but have consumed a large amount of his work over the last 4-5 days. It has been eye opening, especially watching the full videos of what was actually said vs what the left is trying to present.
