I am ok with a business firing an employee or refusing to hire for ANY reason. Period. Nothing should be protected.
That's over the top, and wrong.
If your boss makes a sexual pass at you and you deflect him/her, its ok to fire the victim of harassment?
That is obviously illegal. Just pointing out that hyperboles often do not hold.
Yes, it should be OK. It should also be ok (desired, actually) if she sued/prosecuted the ******* out of business.
How is it "OK" if you are breaking multiple laws, is morally reprehensible, extremely unethical, and you could lose the ownership of your business, and possibly face incarceration?
I think that you and I have a difference in opinion on what the word "OK" means, but I digress.
The owner of a property should absolutely be allowed to have anyone present there be asked to leave. But, in certain situations, doing so may have really, really bad legal consequences.
Similar to shooting someone you disagree with. In my book, that is also breaking multiple laws, morally reprehensible, extremely unethical, and you will lose the ownership of your business and will definitely face incarceration.
I think it is odd to argue that one thing is "OK" while another is "Not OK" when both activities have the same directional consequences, even if the severity of consequences is different.
It takes a special kind of brainwashed useful idiot to politically defend government fraud, waste, and abuse.
