Then he started in on how it's Trump's fault that the fraud is happening. 2 other Minnesotans on my block. Trade it for Alberta tomorrow or just expel them. Let's come back to this for a moment. Safety inspections for fire planning and occupancy permits are part of a city's regulatory scheme with some overlap with state authorities for use licensing. Talking through the steps with The Hubs as to how those would progress if the fire department was refused access for an inspection would ultimately come back to the city authorities and the state authorities.
And it just could be that some of these whistleblowers were instructed to shut up and issue the license or certification by those authorities. That would connect in Mayor Frey and Gov Walz. Go find those people who work in inspections and ask,

If the suspicion is that they are now taking in kids so that they look legit, have a look at their bank records. A day care with children vs a day care without children will have very different activity with regards to deposits and disbursements.

Exactly. Payroll records, bank records, etc. Not like a Brinks truck would pull up every two weeks and left pallets of cash from those state and federal payments. These places were state licensed so names need to be on those applications and the like.
