Where are the CMS inspectors for all of these "home healthcare" facilities? My wife does consulting work for adult healthcare facilities (nursing homes) and CMS will inspect her facilities at least once a year and will climb straight up their butts if ANYTHING is off with the billing. Like they're doing spot checks on medicine stockrooms just to make sure they're dispensing everything they're billing for and have the records to prove it. How could these fraudsters get away with 100's of millions of dollars worth of billing without inspections and not even have fraudulent patient records (much less actual patients) to show for it?

These states aren't doing this without somebody at the federal level running cover for them. BIG somebodies at that...

I get that that they're deep blue and sharing the fraud at the state level, but that doesn't explain the lack of fed level oversight. There's somebody in the CMS complex that stands to gain a reward/promotion and has no ties to minnesota that would be able to expose this operation. My wife tells me stories about their inspections and they'll make something up if they have to just so they can say they found something. Nobody gets a perfect score.

They are likely getting paid to do nothing as well, just like the "daycare", "emergency transport" and "medicare" operations do.

Rubber stamp or whatever, the rot goes all the way up to the top.

Democrats and Somali scammers are stealing your great grandchildren's future.

What will the debt be when my 11 year old goes to college in 7 years? $50T? $60T? $80T?

My biggest takeaway is federally funded programs need to be administered by feds. I'd prefer they get rid of them altogether but at least if it's all done by feds whenever we get a republican president there's some levers that can be pulled.

I don't even understand why day cares need federal funds. The internet says it's because of low wages and the day cares can't charge the fees necessary to make payroll. Sounds to me like this might actually be the opportunity the fed needs to take to get people to understand they shouldn't be having kids out of marriage, without a job, or staying in a minimum wage job as if it's a career. Stop enabling them!

You can't stop welfare because it's a DNC kickback mechanism. When you attempt to stop them, the apparatus will activate and the GOP will make every excuse in the book to capitulate.

Not even stop but if the US citizens even attempt to slow down or even reduce the rate of increase, it's the same thing.

Republicans have to be primaried because this absolutely will never stop otherwise.

Anything and everything the government, the federal government in particular, gets involved in to help people gets infested with fraud.

There are 2 outrageous things happening with the Somali daycare fraud (not to mention also the Minniseota Somali autism fraud):

1. The first being the fraud itself, but IMHO more outrageous and even more I get POd….
2. Why isn't the majority of America questioning why our tax $$ are being used by the federal government to provide even legitimate daycare?!?!?!!!!!!

Know what else Klobuchar at first investigated and then promptly dropped?

Electronic voting systems. She was sending letters of inquiry to the companies in 2018 and early 2019. They failed to respond and she dropped the subject altogether after that. Would appear she got the memo from fellow Dems to STFU on the subject.

Yes but I've read several times last month that Amy and the ****** are looking to just swap jobs, as Walz doesn't want to run for anything and he could be appointed by her to the senate if she takes the Governor seat. He can get out of town, and would just make more insane angry speeches this time from the Senate floor.


A bit incestuous of course even for the DFL, but I think she has her eye on running for POTUS again and wants executive experience in her resume. Keep in mind, corruption isn't a problem to Democrats, they see it as a feature.
