OPEN BORDER: New Mexico has come up with a new incentive for illegals to cross the border to have their babies in the state. The state's new universal child care program provides illegals free childcare as long as they are anchor babies. The state's Democrats know that incentives… pic.twitter.com/1OhNwuq3co

Prior to this appointment, Brown had over 22 years of experience at the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), starting as an intern after graduating from the University of Minnesota in 2001. She progressed through various roles, including:
- Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity
- Acting Director for SNAP Employment and Training
- Food and Nutrition Programs Supervisor
In these positions, she managed and oversaw key state programs such as:
- The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Nutrition education and outreach
- Employment and training initiatives
- Housing and shelter support
- Food shelves
- Community action programs
- Economic assistance for low-income families
From 2021 onward, as Assistant Commissioner for Children and Family Services at DHS, Brown led efforts to establish the new DCYF and oversaw broader children and family services. Walz and supporters highlighted her "decades of experience" in delivering food, housing, childcare, and financial supports to Minnesota families.

Sure enough, this morning the Senate's Health and Human Services committee addressed this very topic.
Sen. Glenn Gruenhagen (R-Glencoe) and Sen. Mark Koran (R-North Branch), among others, questioned Tikki Brown, Commissioner of the recently-created Dept. of Child Youth and Families (DCYF). This new department is a spinoff of the larger state Dept. of Human Services (DHS).
Here's a clip of Sen. Koran from the hearing.
In her testimony, Comm. Brown explained the difficulties in cutting off money from violators, even those with dozens of outstanding violations, under current law and policy.
This morning's Senate hearing was chaired by Sen. Paul Utke (R-Park Rapids). Sen. Utke is temporarily serving as committee co-chair, under the soon-to-expire power-sharing agreement with Democrats. That agreement may end as soon as next week, with Democrats regaining a one-seat 34-33 majority. This morning's type of oversight hearing may not be allowed for the remainder of the 2025 session.

During the Biden administration in 2022, federal prosecutors in Minnesota filed charges in what they described as the "largest pandemic fraud in the United States," which revolved around a welfare program that partnered with the Minnesota Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Agriculture to distribute meals to children.
The Treasury Department said last week that it will investigatewhether tax dollars from Minnesota's public assistance programs made their way to the al Qaeda affiliate al Shabaab, which is based in Somalia. And House Republicans on the Oversight Committee launched an investigation last week into Democratic Gov. Tim Walz's handling of the fraud cases.

There are Dem constituent groups (NGO, criminal organizations, informal political activist organizations) that specialize in identifying opportunities to maximize take from government programs and train or provide guidance and assistance to politically trustworthy peers or identity group members on how to exploit these opportunities. It's just a matter of how bold and brazen they are willing to be and risk drawing attention versus the take they can manage. Most are smart enough to embed in a Democrat dominated area as a victim clsss identity group and then be subtle in their exploitation of these opportunities, so it doesn't draw sufficient attention.

I live in Texas and have 2 "daycares" that popped up in my small town in the year or 2. It is 3 of the used portable schoolhouse building set up in a u shape. A walkway connecting them. A fence around it all. No advertising looking for help. No advertising looking for kids to enroll.
Zero cars, zero kids. Every day.
I know there is a scam but just don't know what it is.
