I knew this was going to happen. There's got to be a way to convict and punish the parents of the kids for trying to assist with covering up fraud. I'm sure they even have papers with fake dates for when the kids were signed up. If they could question the kids, they would figure out quick that they had never been there before this week.

Questioning kids is tricky as cannot do that without their parents present. And figuring out if they truly are their parents can take time. Time in which to move the kids away. Which is precisely why I asked where these kids came from in the first place? Being held in some type of illegal group home somewhere? Can they be moved around that easily?

Such a twisted society we are living in nowadays where veritable children can consent to mental health treatment without parental consent and come under the influence of ideologues with no intent, or skill for that matter, on actually treating any malady but shaping, i.e., manipulating, a child to adopt their social vision to such an extent that they are mutilated by adults.

How about fire code inspections for these "licensed" daycare centers? As a public accommodation housing children surely there are fire codes for such use of the property? If they refuse to allow fire inspection?

Let's come back to this for a moment. Safety inspections for fire planning and occupancy permits are part of a city's regulatory scheme with some overlap with state authorities for use licensing. Talking through the steps with The Hubs as to how those would progress if the fire department was refused access for an inspection would ultimately come back to the city authorities and the state authorities.

And it just could be that some of these whistleblowers were instructed to shut up and issue the license or certification by those authorities. That would connect in Mayor Frey and Gov Walz. Go find those people who work in inspections and ask,

Even DOJ cannot torpedo this case. The alleged companies running these had to have a payroll, by SS number for reporting requirements. So that leads to addresses, much more. No employees? Who is the property owner? Myriad of LLCs and shell companies? (Which is doubtful) Some entity has to pay those. Janitorial service? Any repair service? It is Minneapolis. Do pipes freeze? Heat source? Who pays the water and electricity bills?

I noticed the drives and sidewalks were cleared of snow. Who did that? Who paid them? Flat roofed buildings? Snow load, water leaks. Who fixes that? Are Somalians that skilled in construction and reno work suddenly? They have been going to trade schools? Can do plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing work?

So many avenues of inquiry available.

Only a matter of time some of these Somali's that are part of the scam will put out a bounty of these two.

The problem is the fraud is committed by the healthcare companies, not the individuals. Realistically, individual user fraud is probably negligible. The real money is in the sham companies that collect government money and donate it back to the politicians that turn a blind eye. Minnesotans spent a week with friends & their Minnesota friends in July and man they bleed red and hate what is going on in their state. They were talking about Somalian fraud as early as this summer; everyone knows, it's been going on for far too long. Apart from Minneapolis, I'd go to lake country/ rural Minnesota any day of the week! Great people
