And I'll also say, we saw a $*** ton of reaches today. Big reaches! Holy cow, people were out there drafting blocking TEs top 100.

No idea what the hell some teams were doing. So I'm good with what Dallas did today.

In the War Room after the 4th they were talking with Klayton Adams and their North East area scout. Wonder if they are looking at tackle?

Elko pulling Lawrence away from the Cowboys? I'd be ok with that.
I hope I did not offend anybody with this post. If I did, please come see me at my address in my profile so we can talk.

4th round players of note

CBs - McCoy, Scott, Muhammad, Lee
LB - Lewis, Perkins
OT - Crownover
WR - Bell, Sarratt, Burks
QB - Nuss, Green

Really surprised someone hasn't taken a flyer on McCoy yet and Lewis is still available.

At this point is McCoy telling teams not to draft him? He'd rather be an udfa than late round pick

Hopefully Jerry worked behind the scenes to make it clear he wants him even with the issue

4th rounder can still get a 4 year deal worth close to $5 mill including a signing bonus upwards of $800-900k vs highest paid udfa is getting a bonus 1/3 that size and an $800k salary. By 6th or 7th, may prefer to pick your options, but a 4th or 5th is getting more dough

This is a pretty good video of Barham at Maryland where he played mostly inside.

Take the best LBs available with both 4th round picks and hope one of them hits

Unless Lewis is there, I think the value is at corner in round 4. Hoping McCoy or Scott falls.

Keep in mind we've already taken two LBs with our 3rd and 5th. And one of them we already know can start for us.

We also took a guy with our #1 pick who will spend a lot of time close to the line of scrimmage. I'd say our biggest defensive need at this point is CB.

What do you guys think about RB? The position has barely been touched and there could be a lot of value here. Emmett Johnson is a guy I really like.

I'm not against the idea of taking best CB at 112 but then immediately looking at offense with our 114 pick.

I wouldn't mind a pick spent on Moss…

Lots of foks on twitter that do draft work every year, really like this guy. Dallas is universally getting really high marks.

I think RB is def a possibility. I was watching some of Washington out of Arky and I think that kid could be a much better pro than what his college career would suggest. For those that may not remember, he's the one that trucked Tappe. That's worth a pick, IMO.

I still tend to agree with CB those with this first pick in the 4th. Bland has had 2 foot surgeries in 3 years, I think. I really worry about him being anything close to what he was.

Barham is a pretty interesting guy. Two year starter at Michigan who played a lot of stand up LBer early, but then this past year they needed a little juice off the edge so he came down and played rush OLB quite a bit. I do really like his effort. He'll get stuck in against anyone.

Feel really bad for McCoy. But interesting point about dallas. At some point, the risk is worth the pick. Will be fascinating to see where he lands.

Conversely, it could be very telling if Dallas doesn't take him. If their expert doesn't want to touch it, it's not a great sign.
Hope it works out for him.

McCoy should have stayed in school. With 2 more years of eligibility, I don't understand coming out as damaged goods. I think the fact he needs more work and came out anyway works against him even further because you wonder if he is doing it as a "let me try to get paid before they figure out just how bad it is" move

If he does go to an NFL team, they would have a much better medical staff to deal with injury than a college would. Might work to his advantage.

It's the SEC and an NIL world. I'm sure he's able to get what he needs at either. Coming out now is costing him a fortune.

I'm guessing he was convinced he was a 1st round pick anyway. He'll, damn near every mock had in the first round.

Good for the kid. I'm just glad somebody else was the hero. Dallas can focus on guys that will play.

I really wonder if he ever plays another down of football. The medical on his knee are pretty negative

Our pick coming up.
Still on the board.
CBs
Scott, Abney, Muhammed, Lee
LBs
Lawson, Louis

Or will it be another position.

Know a triathlete that had the same surgery. Just moved the pain to a different spot in the knee.
