Looks like House is finally back tonight, I am anxious to see what he looks like with this roster. Wizards still have a lot of guys out due to COVID protocols.

I went to the game last night; first time back in Toyota since last March. It was surreal. I know Houston and Texas as a whole has more or less made our peace with life during COVID, but watching a game with so few fans was bizarre. The staff was great and the measures in place are in step with what I would expect, but it was still bizarre nonetheless. Some notes:
- Seeing Russ in a different uniform was a little weird considering the last time I saw him in TC, he was on our side
- Seeing John Wall engage with Bradley Beal was cool
- No halftime show
- The wi-fi connection was GREAT for once since nobody was there
- Every other urinal
- I got there 20 minutes before tip-off and still found street parking on Polk between Austin and La Branch which; literally in front of Toyota Center which was incredible

I'm not gonna lie, of the sporting events I've been to since covid, the plus of having less people crowd my seats, no lines for concessions and bathrooms, easy parking with no real traffic leaving all outweigh the downside of not as crazy of an atmosphere of a packed house. This is why I find myself going to minor league games and Dynamo games. Even though I'm not that big a fan of the product, the experience is so much more delightful than dealing with a full pro sporting event.
